NSK belt alignment

The LAB-Set uses V-grooves as reference points, achieving precise alignment. It reduces belt wear, bearing failures, vibration, and costly machine downtime. The process is straightforward: mount the laser units on the pulley, turn on the lasers, and adjust the machine position until the laser lines align with the center mark. Accurate alignment can be achieved at distances up to 6 meters.
