How does the machine condition indicator work?
The machine condition indicator is ideal for applications with constant operating conditions. Like a "check engine" light, the LED lights will illuminate if the application deviates from outside it's normal operating parameters.
The machine condition indicator measures:
- Temperature
- Vibration
- Velocity
- Enveloped acceleration
Using a machine condition indicator reduces the manual condition monitoring requirements of an application, freeing up engineers to concentrate on root cause analysis or maintenance instead of spending time on problem detection.
