THK Release New LMHB Linear Ball Bushing

Snap rings and stop plates are no longer required, as the nut can simply be pressed into the housing. This facilitates quick and easy assembly. Not only does this reduce time spent on maintenance and boost productivity, but it also helps to reduce the chance of errors occurring during the fitting process, extending the life of machinery.
Another pioneering feature of the THK LMHB linear bearing is its unique curved metal plates which provide a spring effect. This minimises clearance between the rolling elements and the shaft, facilitating smooth, silent linear motion in a wide range of applications.
